You can pick up a form at any one of the bars on the ride. (Kobi's, Frankie D's, Big D's, Jakes Place, Shorthorn's) Leave the form with the bartender and we will pick them up.

For those of you that Pre-Register for the ride, your names will be entered in the contest to win a gift certificate to Central Harley Davidson to be drawn at the end of the ride at Big D's.
